If a bunch of lawyers sat around on greedylawyer.com and critiqued how it was obvious to them that the pilot on their last leg was a screw up, and should have gone around because he flew through windshear (for example), but the captain, and co pilot, and LCA jumpseater all said it wasn't windshear, what would you say? And who would you believe? The lawyers sitting in the back with zero flying experience, or the three professional pilots on the flight deck?

These lawyers, with NO FLYING EXPERIENCE, were convinced the 3 pilots were wrong. Who you gonna believe?
