That is a common mistake PG, and it is the key point in this discussion. If you don't believe me, go hire a lawyer and put a contract in front them. After they've read it, ask him/her to give you the facts...just the facts. That lawyer will tell you that they can only give you an OPINION of what the contract states, and that the FACTS can only be determined after a judges ruling and all appeals have been exhausted.

Again, this is key to the topic at hand. ALPA national is standing behind the OPINIONS of their lawyers and do not wish to take this to a judge where the actual FACTS can be determined. I have my opinions as to why ALPA is doing this, but I've stated them to death here.
