Well the XJT contract is better than ours. Better = improvement. Not saying I wouldn't be for improvements on top of that if we can get it. But I wouldn't be to terribly dissatisfied with your contract, plus a nice raise and no PBS, if that's what we ended up with in the end. BTW, that raise we got from PBS was 1%. It didn't even add up to a dollar for me. So it wasn't much of a raise.
I guess I'll explain it again. You haven't seen any raise yet from the PBS agreement. You're 1% doesn't come until Nov this year when our normal 1% comes. The only difference is that we wouldn't have gotten it this year because last year we got our last 1% as stipulated by the contract. Again, it's really a slap in the face and certainly not what I would have accepted to vote yes on PBS.
