Bottom line is, the company gets what the company wants. Period.......... This has always been that way. It's really not fair but they know exactly how to get what they want. Throw a bone to 35% of the company, and another 16% will most likely vote yes because all the cool kids are doing it too. And there ya have it.

So we can argue all we want. Unless we actually DO something to get a fair industry leading contract, the man will once again get a loop hole abundant CBA. We are WAY to weak as a pilot group to get what we want. In no way do we deserve it.
