They're losing people faster than they hiring since other airlines are hiring again (slowly), and since things look iffy for this summer. Lakes usually loses Captains at a much higher rate than FOs (for obvious reasons) in general. Also a large amount of their FOs were just hired last year, at less than 500 hours... very few of them meet ATP mins. Like others have said, if they make it through July, they might be hiring off-the-street CAs.
