Perfect logic right? Except let's frame the question another way to include your example. Delta is hiring and a first year FO makes $56/hour! So why would one want to go work at ASA or Compass?
Get my drift? I am pretty sure most people if they met the minimums for ASA or Compass, they would prefer to go there. Some people might want to chase the fast upgrade at GLA, but most who meet the mins would go to the higher paying regional job. But GLA has much lower mins than those places.
