ya if you got IAH Q as a new hire your very much in luck, don't bid out unless you mean it, could be a very very long time before you would get it again. also just a heads up there are no bonus points at this company. doing stuff like answering your phone when your not obligated to or jumpseating when they forget to setup your deadheads, accepting schedule changes, not checking every single paycheck for errors. You won't believe me now and you will end up going above and beyond without reward and you will change your mind. It's all part of being a member of the Colgan family on a sidenote all of the pilots are great, most people aren't mad at Colgan management.... were just disappointed
