Dude, if you've already been in the CRJ sim then you've got a leg up on most other people who will be interviewing. They don't really care if you know the flows, etc. What they're looking for is more along the lines of "Does he know the correct way to enter this hold, and will he go missed at DA with nothing in sight?" If you're really worried about it, study up on that sheet you should have that tells you what power setting you want for the correct speed in various configurations.
