Like flyflorida kinda explained, logging SIC means that you are an appropriately rated and trained crewmember in aircraft requiring a minimum of two pilots. To my knowledge, both the lear and hawker require the two-man crew. It sounds like you were given dual instruction, which might not even be legally loggable if you are not the true SIC in this case.
