In order to change an opinion, one needs facts and the ability to separate emotion. Until the award and all the supporting documentation there is no point in belaboring points. All 3 groups can make rational arguments why they "feel" they should have a better outcome. Even if someone has a "slam dunk" case, only the arbitrator gets to make the decision. Nobody can win via message board, but everyone can form enemies and subject themselves to undue stress and anger. I'm not even going to put in my $.02 until I see the list.

There is a difference is "giving up" and dealing with the situation at the correct time. Right now this is simply arguing about which regional is better, who is entitled, and what is "fair". Unfortunately we are all in the same group and trying to cut each other off at the knees. Let the process work and stay tuned for the thread when the list comes out- that is guaranteed to be ugly and interesting regardless of what the list looks like.
