You should get the whole bank if you fly the trip no matter how many legs you deviate.

No- our acane deviation policy dictates that once you deviate- even if you rejoin the scheduled DH on a subsequent leg you have deviated & have no protections.

I've asked the question, and that's what an ACP stated. So even if you're standing shoulder to shoulder with the cap/fo in front of the airline gate on the sked DH and it's cnx the cap/fo who took both scheduled DH legs is protected but since you deviated on the first leg you are not- even if you're ticketed & present for the las scheduled leg.

Ridiculous but that was their answer. He did caveat it that the acp "might" be reasonable, but not to bank on it.

Provided this as one of many contract imporvement suggetstion to the Neg committee.
