Information on the US Airways profile page is up to date. West CA upgrade is currently at 13 years for an A320 seat, East CA upgrade is 12 years for an E190 seat.

Of the new hires coming on property in the coming months, there are currently A320 and B737 openings for the first couple of classes to bid as their initial assignment. The classes after that will probably be all E190 positions. No matter what the initial aircraft assignment, it's a 12 month seatlock in type. So a new-hire E190 pilot will be released from the seatlock in one year, at just about the same time that there are plenty more A320/B737 openings due to retirements starting up again in late 2012.
