To me, yes or maybe! maybe not? How do you really know? Are you going to ask? I mean if she can handle herself, surely she can handle sitting there for an hour or two, maybe 4, right? But maybe 15 is too young, especially with everyone watching and chances are they've never done anything like that before.
And just in case the government asks you did you ask if she was 15 then you can say yes, I asked, she said she was 15 and in my book I think that's A okay.

Don't you have a daughter now? As a dad with a 15 yr old daughter, I can assure you that 15 IS NOT legal. At least not according to my Smith and Wesson!
Frankly, I'm trying to figure out how to keep her from dating until she's 29 or so. Of course, she says something like DAAAAD! With as much whining and exasperation as she can muster, and if there is anything a teen girl can do well, it's drama!
