In the past, APC's link to World hiring only worked when World had the FO position posted on World's site (not showing an opening at this time). Even though we're hiring, in a sense, APC's profile on World that we're hiring is not current. They're probably satisfied with how many they've interviewed recently and are "hiring" from that interview group.

I seem to remember that the url for the APC link doesn't always stay exactly the same. Also, our management is notorious for having the opening posted for just a few days. I would just periodically (every day if you wish ) check the company site for openings as they could decide to interview more candidates at the drop of a hat. Everything else seems to be decided at the last minute here, so this is just par for the course.
