Guys to clarify I do have three. Not proud of it but its reality. Failed a multi private, commercial multi ( instrument portion ) and CFI initial. I did have an interview with PDT and I felt all went well. They hired guys who had less then 350TT and 25 Multi ( many who I know personally).. The 1500 Hour / 200 Hour minimum with them is not at all the case.
I feel your pain, but just as many others have told you already, you need to keep flying and trying. If American Eagle will allow you to put in another app. 90 days from now, then do it. Don't let your failed rides take you down with them. I know someone who was recently hired by one of the larger regionals who had his own failures and still lacks a 4 year degree. If they can do it, you can do it. Keep trying and good luck.
