Guys to clarify I do have three. Not proud of it but its reality. Failed a multi private, commercial multi ( instrument portion ) and CFI initial. I did have an interview with PDT and I felt all went well. They hired guys who had less then 350TT and 25 Multi ( many who I know personally).. The 1500 Hour / 200 Hour minimum with them is not at all the case.
On the com. Multi, how did it go down? My friend did his com. Multi the other day, and he did not pass the ifr portion, but still passed the check ride. The dpe just gave com. Multi VFR rights only. Not exactly sure how that works though, or if it effects your record
