As for the arbitration comments, we should ALWAYS be looking for ways to improve our standing as pilots, not just every four (whoops...I mean FIVE) years.

Unity is vital to our collective efforts, not every 4/5 years but every year, and everyday.
Every Spirit pilot went on strike hoping for pay parity
now. Suggesting that we did not all strike for pay parity weakens unity and is simply not accurate.
The TA that resulted from our collective efforts is less than perfect, but as we all know 74% of us voted knowing that a point of diminishing returns had been reached.
