I am an OT kind of a guy and I am all for 150%. But the big problem with giving anything for 150% it is that the company can decide to staff properly and we all will fly 85h average lines with nothing in open time. I.e. think of this past March and April. FLICA was dead. They can simply hire enough peeps so NOBODY will work a single 150%.

I would not want to give up anything for 150% anymore for the above reason. Certainly I would not want to give up the transition language, even though I myself am too junior to use it to my advantage.
