You'll have a 1 year seat lock but will be able to bid to whatever domicile your seniority can hold, first year pay is the same across all equipment. After your first year, you can bid to whatever equipment your seniority can hold as long is there is a vacancy. If you were to do so you would incur a 2 year seat lock going FO to FO, or a 1 year lock until you can upgrade to any available captain positions your seniority can hold.

With all the bickering going on about SLI things may seem grim with Pinnacolaba. Granted, there's plenty of BS that'll make you question jumping on the regional band wagon but you're getting on at what seems to be a good time. We all wish we were paid more, had more time off, and better benefits...get used to the constant complaining. If you can stay flexible through the ups and downs you'll be fine. Words of advice for you and others going to training; study (a lot), keep your nose clean, don't drink the kool aid, and check your ego at the door.
