With all the bickering going on about SLI things may seem grim with Pinnacolaba. Granted, there's plenty of BS that'll make you question jumping on the regional band wagon but you're getting on at what seems to be a good time. We all wish we were paid more, had more time off, and better benefits...get used to the constant complaining. If you can stay flexible through the ups and downs you'll be fine. Words of advice for you and others going to training; study (a lot), keep your nose clean, don't drink the kool aid, and check your ego at the door. If you have any other specific questions feel free to PM.
Thank you for your response. The way I see it, bottom of the pile is bottom of the pile so SLI means nothing to me lol. Good to know about the 2 year seat lock though, something to definitely take into consideration if I decide I have SJS later on. I completely understand what I'm getting into when it comes to pay and time off and benefits, but the way I see it is I am young, I'm starting my career, and Pinnacolsaba seems to be a good place to be at the moment. I'm excited to take the next step and hope to get through training without issue.
