Nah, CJC's proposal is slanted toward CJC, yes, but doesn't seek to blatantly bend PNCL pilots over. PNCL's proposal would put our 15-20 year guys below the 50% line. this is not even close to ever happening but just shows the sentiment over there.
Its all relative. Having a guy who was hired in 2009 come over to the jet from cjc and be senior to me when I was hired in 2005 is being bent over.
