Honestly I'd say some of you guys are too high on the time. They don't want to hire someone who could leave in a year with 3000 hours. They want the kid with the $100,000 loan, the glassy eyes looking up at that shinny jet with 700 hours or less and not a frickin clue about the real world. Say what you will I am certain it is a fine company but every company has its agenda.
If you have 1000 turbine PIC, some regionals might pass, but even thousands of hours in the right seat should not be a problem.
