The raise for 2007 was 1.5%.... I know, don't spend it all in one place right? I think the pay tables on this website reflect that.

For 2008 and beyond its a combination of a 1% hard raise and another based on company profit margin, plus profit sharing. I don't have the language in front of me but it'd be something like an additional 3-6% each January if the company is doing well.
