I happen to agree with XJ... DOH may be bad for some, but it is what it is and its fair. Sorry CJC but you are the junior group. Either take it and move on or quit, just like someone else said.
There is nothing to take yet. Remember, it is not in the hands of anyone but the arbitrator and no one has any idea how it will pan out. I think what *most* are hoping for is no one wins. If it is a truly fair integration then everyone will feel very "bleh" about the whole deal and there will not be much to talk about.
I am not sure though that I accept the logic that Bloch will take your thoughts into consideration. "Hey, Colgan is the junior pilot group, they just just take it and move on or quit." I could be way off base in putting words in his mouth but I am not sure that is how one of the most experienced arbitrators in the industries thought process works.
