What I find hilarious is how people that have been on the job for less than 2 years can complain about losing quality of life.... and feel that they have an equal footing to those who have spent 2 or 3 times the duration at other companies.
The fact of the matter is this: If you want to preserve your quality of life, then DOH or other methods will not affect you.. provided that you stay on the Colgan side. The only reason Colgan wants relative percentile integration is for a huge windfall in bidding power across a fleet that CJCers could only dream about a year ago. There is no other reason.
You guys want the CRJs. You cannot deny it. Otherwise, all this talk of relative intergration and getting screwed will never apply: As there will be no one from Pinnacle who wants to come to that side of the yard anyway.
Also:
Kudos to the Colgan MEC for acting like a bunch of children and taddling to Mommy about what big, mean, old Pinnacle negotiating team proposed. I don't know what you were intending to accomplish except inflame the line pilots by posting absolutely irrelevant information... but regardless, you're a class act in my book.
