1000/100 off the street, 500/100 if you went to an accredited aviation university or bridge program, 346/75 (approx) if you are in the flight safety direct track, or I think the RAA has some program that allows you to get in at the same hours. I havent seen anyone getting hired with less than 500/100 though.
