De facto B-scale.
Post BK pay has senior and junior Pilot alike on B-scale type wages, and junior guys get to see a lot of potential movement outsourced to our DCI partners adding further insult to injury.

Good point, we have outsourced what should be the first Captain job for those of hired in the late 90's/Early 2000's. I'm personally looking at being here in excess of 17 years before I can be a bottom reserve Capt on our smallest mainline equipment in the most junior base. I might not be on B scale, but I bet my 17 years of FO pay will be significantly less than 17 years of pay for the average guy hired at the start of the B scale.
