Post BK pay has senior and junior Pilot alike on B-scale type wages, and junior guys get to see a lot of potential movement outsourced to our DCI partners adding further insult to injury.

I won't argue with anything you say above. I was just making the point that there are a lot of guys (1000's actually) at similar points in their careers as these guys are now that lost way more due to the B Scale. I wish it were different but it's not.
Yes, we are all definitely on a defacto B-scale now. Hopefully that will change with our next contract.
