Oh, and thanks for the 'kudos,' can I have some Pinnacle Punch Koolaid to wash it down, seems like you have plenty of extra. It doesn't surprise me the majority of 9e pilots on this site have a problem with the negotiating info being released, but calling it irrelevant is a stretch. It's very relevant as you will soon see. Fact is fact, it's all in the open now. I'd be embarrassed as well of my own mec, but I guess an anonymous Internet forum would be the best place to show your toughness without any personal backlash, now that's a 'class act' in my 'book'... Looks like our 'books' are different? Anyway, can I get a copy of 'your book?' There has been a change in the corrected definition of 'class act,' it's seems wrong in a few of your 9e pilots 'books.'

If anything, it's been affirmed that mediation will be the most fair and equitable. Pilots have shown they are incapable of completing such a complicated list and I, as well as many others, are glad you have NO actual influence in the final product.

I keep hearing people repeat this inaccuracy. The 9E MEC had little to nothing to do with this. The MEC appointed the SLI committee and the SLI committee worked autonomously with little to no input from the MEC. That's the way it's supposed to be. Otherwise, every time an issue needs to be addressed the SLI committee cannot do it on their own but would have to go running back to their respective MEC for input just like the XJ SLI committee had to routinely do. The 9E SLI committee was simply assigned to do the best by the current 9E pilot group as humanly possible. They were playing for keeps. Shouldn't be a surprise.

And it's arbitration, not mediation. Mediation has long since been over. New rules.
