USN strike fighter world rough numbers: 125/year as a stud in training command, 180-225/year in the fleet (not deployed), 275-350/year in the fleet if deployed, especially OEF. 250-300/year as an IP in the fleet training squadron, more if you're a cross-country warrior...

For me, 18 years of flying = 3900 hrs, 3600 PIC

One thing to consider when you compare a "heavy" (ex 70-80hrs/month) pilot - Much of that, especially early in your career, is not PIC. Heavy guys can provide better fidelity...
