3rd year DC-9 FO at Delta $91/hr vs. 10yr 170/190 Captain at RAH $90. The DC-9 is really the only comparable equipment so I'll stop there. I'm not trying to be a jerk and throw this in your face, but it is the reality of your contract. I used to work for RAH so I have no ill will towards your pilot group. I still have a lot of good friends there who just want out. Your post just struck me as incredibly ignorant.
By the way an 8th yr FO at Jet Blue makes the same on an hourly rate basis as your 10 year captain on the exact same equipment. Thats before you factor in their extras that you guys don't have. Hockey may be angry but he's certainly not wrong!
