Not trying to diagnose anybody. Just trying to emphasize that this has been a long, 33 year (1978 Airline Deregulation Act) journey for many. Some have only recently experienced what happened 30 years ago at CAL. When one adds in youthful, new blood hiring into the industry, sometimes the long-term perspective is lost.
