Wouldn't this "senior" ATL pilot have the choice to bid to NYC also? There's no guarantee the NYC pilot will get anything. There's no guarantee the NYC pilot can drop any thing. This same choice would be an option for both pilots. How is that hurting seniority? Both pilots have choice to bid NYC or ATL.
