I might be convinced of an out of base pilot to pilot swap board with some serious restrictions such as no drops only (like you can do on the in base swapboard we have now). If it was only "this trip for that trip," I don't see a big problem. I don't think this would happen very often but I can see where, if I now need a particular day off I might be able to do an out of base swap and change my departure date by a couple of days and get the day off I needed but also now have to commute out of base for a trip. I'm not seeing a big problem with this but I could be wrong. As I said, there would have to be some serious restrictions.
