The truth about media bias is that it's not how they say it that is the bias but rather what they elect not to say.

I'd rather live in a world where the people telling you what happened also tell you where they stand. I prefer this over a world of Walter Cronkite and Barbara Walters claiming to be above the fray or unbiased when that's patently untrue.

Give me Rush, Beck, O'Reilly, Hannity (who annoys me btw), Greta (who has a great show), Madcow, Boar, I mean Behr, Woopie? and whoever else has the guts to tell you who they are and what they believe before they try to tell me what's happening out there. Lay it all out for the world to see. Let me be the judge. Frankly, I can't stand being stuck listening to CNN in the airport knowing they're not telling you everything because if you go to Drudge you can see other articles on the subject that provide a better context and probably less spin.

Which really is what Rush Limbaugh's niche was when he started in that he red you the headlines and talked about that stuff the big 3 and CNN wouldn't acknowledge. Ironically it seemed as if most of his articles are from the big "liberal" papers who burried the "real" story on page 32 instead of putting it on 1- but it was there waiting for someone to "post it" nationally. Rush was in essence the Drudge Report and Puffington Post before the internet.
