Haha, the 9E plan even put me below most pinnacle FO's and I'm a 900 Captain. We all operate similar equipment, on similar routes, and at similar rates of pay. When that's the case DOH is the only fair way to go. Any other methods are seeking a leg up for some unjustifiable reasons.
If the integration was straight DOH, straight relative, or Pinnacle's creation, I am forced to admit DOH would be the least distasteful and more approximated fair and equitable.
In short, at first glance, Mesaba's proposal was the best rapid fire solution.
In the end, I think a blending of DOH (post 05/06 ish folks) and relative (for the pre 05/06 ish folks) would be more equitable. (Take that for what it is worth)
(for the record, I would fall into the DOH range of my plan)
