Before you get too worked up over a lie, you should call Bourne at the IBT Airline Division.
The fact of the matter is FAPA has NOT negotiated anything regarding the 190's. FAPA has been talking with the IBT Airline Division about a lot of things, including the 190's, but as of the writing of this post there has not been anything "negotiated" between FAPA and the company.
Bedford has publicly stated (over one month ago) that he wanted to change the network.
The brand will only be Airbus and 190's on the F9 certificate. Every other airframe will be CPA only. In fact the orphaned 145's will be a CPA between Chautauqua and Frontier.
There is no conspiracy here. In fact you will directly have a choice on who will eventually negotiate the 190 rates in the very near future.....new election thread to be started shortly.
