Does anyone else agree with me that in a situation like this when tensions are high the only way to put people a little at ease is communication. I'm not talking tell us exactly what's going on but I would think maybe about 1-2 emails a day saying hey we are currently in discussions with the arbitrator and while we can't update exact info we will provide another update tonight.
