Does anyone else agree with me that in a situation like this when tensions are high the only way to put people a little at ease is communication. I'm not talking tell us exactly what's going on but I would think maybe about 1-2 emails a day saying hey we are currently in discussions with the arbitrator and while we can't update exact info we will provide another update tonight. And so on and so forth. You don't have to tell us everything just tell us something is going on and of it's not then let us know when it will
