The MOU pilots were on the XJ list on that day and that's where Bloch will see them. Also, the company requires the MOU pilots to stay in their current spot for 60 days after accepting recall. Many of us want to go back to XJ but can't.

The whole reason this is taking so long is that your airline (9E) has so many errors in your seniority list that they have to be fixed before Bloch will issue his decision.
