ALPA does not maintain PCL's or any other carriers seniority list. Its unfortunate that the list provided by management contained errors but that was not the fault of the PCL MEC or Merger Committee. To the best of our knowledge, the errors discovered throughout the certification process had all been rectified. You will not find any PCL pilots apologizing for errors made that were outside of our control.
You make a convincing argument. I would like to believe you but I find it hard after the December picketing debacle. I gave you and your cohorts the benefit of the doubt back then given your difficult contract plight and it turned out you were feeding us all a line of malarky. Are you sure your merger committee didn't do something behind your back that you were not aware of? Also, you seem to be actively involved with the SLI proceedings, I'd like to know if the PNCL group is trying to further their cause by using the Delta gate swap announced two days ago (well after the agreed upon April 15th closing argument deadline) in order to get the arbitrator to side with you?
