If they all have taken it back, then good. Information like that is never communicated to us. They have 60 days to leave, but they are all still here. Honestly, I don't care whether they stay or go. But if lost any more pilots than what we have now, we'd be in a really big staffing crisis. When did that 60-day clock start? And please understand, I don't have hatred towards any group. I hold nothing against XJ pilots or the XJ furloughees. The only thing I'm a little disappointed about is disputing something when the disputing window already closed. We are where we are today due to cards that were dealt to us long ago. I don't have any of this figured out, hence, trying to make sense of it and see what's going on. The only piece of knowledge I do know is that Bloch wanted the MOU. That MOU spelled terms of placing XJ pilots at Pinnacle with longevity credit. It points us in the right direction.[/QUOTE]

I am really confused after reading this. Do we know for sure that the "dispute" is about the XJ furloughs. XJ mec hasn't hinted at that, and Mr. Erickson didn't mention it on his postings thus far (i think anyway) I also do not think that 9L has mentioned this. So, it seems that this is pure speculation that has been worked up into a hysterical frenzy. Unless you have solid, first hand sources on the inside, I take back that last comment.

I would argue however that based on all of your previous posts you do have a jealousy or something against the XJ pilots that are flying for 9E. We always complain how our seniority means nothing in this business, so it was nice to see at least those guys get longevity pay and benefits, they didnt leap frog anyone in seniority. We will all get our list, and if indeed they are trying to figure out what is fair for the furloughes, then let them take their time and get it right.
