From my understanding, you will be seat locked on your equipment for atleast a year. From there you can change equipment if your seniority number can hold it, but I believe you are then seat locked again as an F.O. for a year and cannot upgrade to the left seat.
Now as for flow through to Pinnacle, I think it only exists if your furloughed by Mesaba and needed by Pinnacle and vice versa. If your on the Mesaba side you can't bid to get on Pinnacle equipment. (Just my understanding).
