From what I understand, the list submitted at the start if negotiations had a column listing original DOH and another with corrected DOH for the start of class. The company maintained the list, and after the JCBA was ratified original DOH was no longer data that was relevant to the seniority list and the conpany removed it. Then at the last minute when Bloch requested the most current list (which had to come from the company, because they maintain the list) the company gave Bloch the only list they had, which again no longer listed the original DOH information. After which Mesaba had a cow.
