I would disagree that "No one like the Pinnacle's proposal for SLI"... somebody, or some group had to endorse that being presented. Seriously.... a staple?? At least we can confirm that as fact.
I don't know how your Merger Committee conducted operations, but the 9E guys were on a media blackout of sorts. Neither the MEC or any LECs were given updates on the Committees "proposal". The first I learned of it as a line pilot was through the leaked 9L committee update.
Out of curiosity... I thought staple meant: #1 XJ and #1 9L guy below lowest 9E guy... How is a proposal to integrate based on status and equipment a "staple". Seems like if you are an XJ guy holding 900 CA you would benefit greatly from that?
