Out of curiosity... I thought staple meant: #1 XJ and #1 9L guy below lowest 9E guy... How is a proposal to integrate based on status and equipment a "staple". Seems like if you are an XJ guy holding 900 CA you would benefit greatly from that?
I would suggest that if any one group (in a three group merger) is entirely below another, it would be referred to as a 'staple'. Would anyone disagree with that suggestion?
