Last year when my wife had our twins, the social worker came to see us since we were having multiples. I mentioned that I ran into a lady in the hall and congratulated her but she wasn't happy.
Social worker told us she was 42 and the great grandmother. Had a 26 year old daughter, 13 year old granddaughter and newborn great grandchild.
