Didn't anyone get the memo? Commuters have to fly in the night before, report immediately to their V-file and insert any revisions that are found. Everyone else has to take the revision to a quiet, undisturbed place. Turn off all cell phones and disconnect from the internet. You may be required to submit to a breathalyzer test during revision insertion. Certificate action may be possible if these rules are not followed! (Because, you know, grabbing the revision and glancing at weather or not the station your going to pertains to it, then inserting the rest on the way is just not safe!)
