This may be true, but it does really seem that the low-timers are all coming from select collegiate 141 programs, specifically Purdue and Daniel Webster to name a couple.

I heard that the last class coming out were mostly low time and almost all came from Purdue and maybe a couple from DWC. Also heard that the training dept says they're not really wanting to take even the ERAU kids because they're not producing steam gauge competent pilots anymore.

The new hires who don't hold the degrees all seem to have "higher" time (ATP mins or close to them) from what I hear, so I buy it that the only low timers are from the prefered schools with good records of getting through our training. Anyone see it different than this, or are most of the low timers Purdue or DWC, etc?
