"fair" is the DOH issue, "equitable" is for each group. Remember each merger committee is supposed to be autonomous of each MEC. If everyone disagrees with the other side(s), it's obviously more "equitable" for one. I don't feel XJ or CJC brought "equitable" and don't think "fair" is a word in play with the dispute. Am I angry about that? NO because they are representing THEIR pilots. If we have groups happy with another group's proposal there are pilots being hurt to help others within the groups. This is why we have an arbitrator and it was selected and agreed upon to begin with. It's a known quantity that 2 groups won't agree, much less 3.
